A one-time English major, Vivian writes poetry, essays, and the occasional humor piece. She is currently developing a thesis on the politics of voice/language in academia and social education. In 2006, Kundiman honored her seventeen page manuscript, "Erosion" as one of ten finalists in their Vincent Chin Memorial Chapbook Prize contest. Vivian also puts her literary interests to work as the Web Editor for Storyscape Journal. She has been published in The Gallatin Review and Prolog. |
